No, It doesn't say any place that its raining, and you won't know if it is raining unless you are exploring on the Subeta map. When yo click on a particular place in the map, for instance, the Carnival, or Delphi Beach, the normally sunny picture shows dark clouds and rain. And that is the only way to know when it is raining, to be exploring Subeta. I just happened on it by chance yesterday.

I'm so torn with what to go for with my Loyalty Box. I was all set to grab another pet slot, but then I remembered the 3 month GA thing..

I think the GA would be more useful to me at the moment to be honest. I could always get the pet slot next year..

I don't know you survive up there. I can't even deal with 32 degrees, let alone 0 and below.

It's been nasty, close to 30 below wind chills so seeing the mercury climb to 10 above was wonderful. It's hopefully going to stay 0 and above for a few days.

shudders Nasty doesn't begin to describe it. If I had won the lottery I would have moved either to Galveston, Puerto Rico or Hawaii.
