I believe it is
it is nice to have the uniforms, no arguing over the latest styles or design, and is to know what to dress them in, the it gets very expensive when the go to secondary school from 11+ as the blazer/jacket isnt cheap
Heheh. You know, I thought Crockett had a strong prey drive, but I'm beginning to think that Charisma, tiny as she is, has him beat. She is crazy about grasshoppers and this morning she almost jerked the tether out of my hand when she saw a cat across the street.

Sounds like she is on the road to recovery and having fun in the yard.
She is. I'm more than ready to get her stitches out so she can finally really join Crockett. The fence work will be done this Tuesday and Wednesday, then I think I'll run her out to the vet on Thursday.

Boy thats fast on getting the work done on the fence. Nice she is almost finished healing so she can have some fun playing with Crockett.
Heheh, did I tell you that when Kelly and Maria visited, Maria mentioned that she very much wanted Felicia out of the house and she actually asked Kelly if they could give her to me. I'd take her in a heartbeat, but I can tell Kelly really loves that little dog. Maria admitted that she's a cat person, but Kelly, like most of my family, is a dog person.

Gee girl may 2 new dogs in a week, I think you can handle it. Maybe tell Kelly, the dog is still his and he come visit whenever he likes. That way Maria is happy and his dog is still near. Maria needs to be fair though.
nods I really don't see Kelly giving her up, but if he does to keep peace with Maria, she will be just across the street. And I will finally be able to relax, because she won't be running loose.

I think your the best solution for Kelly and Felicia, guaranteed they both will be hapy and Kelly wont hae tolisten to maria grousing about the dog. LUS you wont worry any more. Omar my youngest has a friend that his dog just had 9 puppies last night. I told Omar, I dont want any new puppy finding its way to my house.
Heheh, good luck on not getting a new dog. Me, I'll just wait and see what happens, now that Maria knows that I'm willing to take Felicia.

Oh I wont be getting a new dog. Love my dogs, but cant bare to see them get old and lose them. Maria is probably happy woman knowing someone wants Felicia.
I can't imagine being without a dog.

I know me either, part of the hassle is living with someone whose not a real fan of dogs, and has no understanding of the love between a person and their dogs/companions/family. Although, we took them on a trip and my son Shariff left them with his Dad and went to go pick up some food. Hubby swore Ringo was crying, because my son was out of sight. Doesnt help he wasnt raised around animals.
My mother was like that. She tolerated dogs in the backyard but that was it. And she got rid of Pug as soon as she could. Then when I went to college, Angus and Jax both got out of the yard and were never found, or so she said. It's possible she just took them to the pound.

Hubby tolerates them in the back yard. But when its cold/or lightning he relents and lets them go in the garage. But I catch him giving them, treats when he thinks no one is looking. I am willing to bet they went to the pound. I dont think, she would let them wonder off.
sighs Where I'm sure the poor things ended up being put to sleep. I think the same thing happened to Pug (who by the way was a simply OUTSTANDING dog).

Oh I hope they got adopted. Ringo is such a card, I was out watering the back yard. His mentally thinking yipppee. Mom is here to scratch my ribs and fanny. Roxy will get near me cautiously she isnt a fan of the garden hose, it symbolizes an unwanted bath to her. Unless its lightning then she rather suffer a chance of getting a bath, then letting the lighnting monster gets her.
I really doubt it, since they were older dogs and neither one particularly pretty. I only hope they didn't suffer. Mom kind of got hers, though, since all three of us are dog crazy and most of the dogs are indoor dogs.
