I've considered using a pile of the leeches to get rid of excess speed but it took a long time to get her to 5k Im hesitating. Silly, I know but we put a lot of work into stats lol! I know if I want to try to get her back to the top, more intel is paramount but - she's got 150 AP and I don't use it all as it is. I never was big on scroll strategy unless we came up against some chain freeze fanatic and had to get the jump on 'em to have a shot at winning, I've always used scrolls mainly as a way to gain some HP back.

sighs And if I'm being honest, every time I start getting back into battle mode something else ends up getting changed, revamped, snarfed or worse and Im getting to the point that as long as I can eeek out 10 wins and move on to something else Im good with 10. I never use to be that way.

I get confused by the icons delt/defended on the newer weapons, it's like they're steadily changing so our weapons go from knowing what 1 or 2 icons we can rely on as solid attackers to a handful of several. They're not working up to revamping weapons too are they? Please say no. LOL

Can't help you with the stats thing, I'm afraid. I'm not much for battling. Crockett is being a pain, I know he can't help it. It's not chewing or licking I have to worry about, it's him scratching the area with his hind paws. I have an old shirt covering the area at the moment, but I really need to pick up a dog shirt.

lady stats are very very similar to Kingx stats and I too am struggling at what to do with Kingx. My thinking was do I leave the stats alone and go work on my main T11 pet and leave speed lowish and have health around 8k and the str/def close to each other due to the stats weapons are getting these days.

I’ve had a long term goal to get his Intel to 5k and still working on that in time.

From what I know and could correct me if I might be wrong but stat builds are going to be the hardest thing to know what to set each battle pet build to as there will never be a right or wrong build. I feel worried that if I do a type of stat build then that pet is doomed on some challengers. The way they do new weapon stats now is a worry and confusing, I don’t think I will ever understand it.

I’m basically building EXP PTs up again as I have no idea on what builds to set per pet and it’s not helping me lol

Don't know what to do with Drips either. But I say wait and see what they come up with before making any decision but I do know that I will be trying to get T11 pets to T12 no matter what.

When the cap increases, focus on increasing health first.

If the cap goes up 3k, I would probably want about 1.5k extra strength and health if Lady was my pet. That's about what I would do with Herc...

I have more speed that I want on him but I personally hate the idea of using a mass amount of Leeches for stat reduction. I work too hard for all of my stats to give ANY of them away! I'm hoping we get something good in the battle shop soon too, and if not, we still have boosters in there.

Jenn, I wouldn't say to do that for any pet in general, but Lady, IMO, has plenty of speed and defense. If the cap raise is 3k, and I have NO idea what then new cap will actually be, 1.5k health and 1.5k str is what I would do for Lady.

so rather than reducing stats, increase some of them to get that boost.

Wow, Kingx and Lady are extremely similar! My personal preference would be to add 1.5k str and HP like I recommended for Laurs.

If the new cap is 25k, I would lean towards something like this: Health: 9k Strength: 7.5k Defense: 5k Speed: 3.5k

There are several different opinions on the ideal build now and I'm sure there will be even more after the cap is raised! :)

I totally agree, Doc, I just can not bring myself to use those leeches. When we gave up on getting any further on neo and came here which was just about the same time it we both sunk our teeth into training so we could get into the battle system. By the time the alert/auto train came around the Lady was down to 2 classes in 24 hours so I never bothered with it with her. I put a lot of time and dedication into training her stats even, I just can't throw that away, LOL!

Jenn, Im not sure how high to go with intel, I thought about going to 4k but Im not that knowledgeable with scrolls, I don't know how to use them like we use weapons. But that's not my biggest issue, for me its moving them around. I always have my main scroll in slot 1, and when you've got 6 scrolls attached and have to move one to a different pet it messes everything up for me LOL! Ive got a ton of scrolls but I tend to rely on only a handful of them because of it xD Why did you decide to set your goal for King at 5k? For equipping a ton of scrolls? That would be quite a pile of AP for him.

Chookie, thats a good point. The Lady and Involution are both tier 12, but Involution isn't capped and Spirit is tier 11, can't leave her hangin' just because the Lady will be free to train once more.

Regarding intell I have quite a few freezing scrolls and want to add them all to Kingx including some god scrolls like the TA and that newish one we got recently. I have my TA at the end as I can remove that and give to another pet But I do have two of them so my two T11 pets swap it around.
I like to use scrolls to help with anything that I'm unable to use since we can only have 8 weapons, it gives me a little boost I guess. 4k Intell would be enough though but I want to get 5k HAHA I like the number 5 and can add more scrolls that sit in my battle shop :D I dislike removing and adding scrolls so having plenty of Intell will help this

I so want a dang scroll library!! oh how that would make things a lot easier. I suggest maybe leaving the scrolls your other pets might need at the end rather than in spot 1.

I don't really know or want to guess on how much the cap will increase but I think Keith wants to keep it lowish as I'm sure that's what he said from the start of all this cap stuff yrs ago. But I think the BA's should get our feedback on it and discuss it with them LOL but that don't work here

I read your post about using leaches to pull down the speed stat and I thought of this question: "Does a high level of speed hinder a pet's ability to fight some combatants?" That sounded counterintuitive to the idea of battling, so I ask you, would you sacrifice the speed stat so that you could increase some other stat like health or strength? And would you chose 'speed' to sacrifice because it is the 'least significant' stat?

I ask because, as Maddy approaches level 12, I wonder if it is in her best interest to stop my strategy of building up her stats equally and to start emphasizing the 'more useful' stats. ( health and strength. )

As far as scrolls go, I am a firm believer in the Cobalt Eternal. Maddy has about 10 of them. I would love her to have about 10 freezers too, but I'm not overly fond of the SOD, as it hurts to much use them frequently. I would never sacrifice Intelligence to gain strength. Maddy is one smart little girl and I believe that brains will always win over brawn. Lady is one smart female too. Smart girls should use their smarts.

Thank you for your kind words. I'm over the blues and feeling better physically. I guess I've been working too hard and got a little run down. Cookies and tea reallyhelp in these situations. I am rarely without crumbs in my whiskers. My mother always said that was a messy little cookie thief and that she always knew when I had sneaked cookies from the cookie jar because of all the crumbs evidence. Welly says it is endearing.
