Okay.. I thought I was losing it. lol. glad I'm not the only one experiencing this... truly annoying tho!
For now though, if you are trying to click something in your inventory, refresh and click really fast before the hover appears and it should work. I just tried that and managed to get it.

wow, you're absolutely right about the above/below thing! I was able to click on the buff at last. Good spotting there :)
hope so too making it difficult to shop in user shops and inventory
Same here, there goes that procrastination possibility :P
Temporary workaround: If you can get whatever you're trying to click on near the top of the page, that should force the hover to appear below the cursor. This seems to make clicking possible.
I've tried it on inventory, buffs, affected shops, and the forum buttons. Worked on all of those.
Where it might not work is on affected links really low down the page. It's likely you won't be able to get those high up enough to force the hover in the right place for this. Resizing the browser window might help manipulate it?
