Okay, so... I've had a stack of 2 unused Loyalty Boxes in my inventory for the past year or so. My join date rolled around again earlier this month and I never got another box, so I just asked my friend about it today, and they told me I had to go to another page to "activate" it.

So I went to the User Dashboard to see if that was the place, and I think I was on the right track, because I got a loyalty achievement... but when I went to my inventory to see if I had gotten another box, instead of having 3 boxes, my stack of 2 was replaced by a single box. I only have one box now.

Hopefully that made sense? xD Basically I have one loyalty box when I should have three.

You should file a ticket about it, if you haven't already. That way someone can look into it and get your missing boxes back.

That was actually my first thought, but I didn't because I was confused by what it meant by "This is not for reporting bugs". I'll do that, thanks! :D

I have a similar problem but the only thing is, I don't ever remember getting or opening a loyalty box hahaha. I visited the User Dashboard, says I've been a member for five years, but I don't think I ever got a loyalty box. I got the gold account medal for my 1st year I remember. Maybe it has something to do with me being inactive for 2 years?
