Just came across this lovely when trying to complete a quest:

It also ate the quest item without actually finishing the quest. (not a big deal since it was just 45k, but thought you ought to know). O and after i tried it again and the quest worked fine.
same here. i also had that error come up when i was trying to buy an item from blackheart hollow. which i ended up not getting, which may or may not have been because of the error idk.
