Fatal Error on finishing quest pages

I hope nobody mentioned this before, at least I didn't find a thread about this problem:

Twice today after pressing the Finish button on a quest page I got a fatal error:

This is the one from finishing a quest of Pete (http://subeta.net/quests.php/pete/finish), there was another one at finishing a quest of Maleria. It does take the wanted items, but one doesn't receive a reward. When going back to the quest page, Pete (Maleria) is still asking for the same items, so they need to be bought again.

I am using Google Chrome and Windows 7.
