I've got the achievement already too but glad to help out. I haven't been on as much as the first few days I was buying but still getting what I can while questing.

I'll be buying some wearables to help, while being able to fill my wardrobe for the archivements :)

The pawn shop is fixed(it was broken for like a day).

I just bought a bunch of items and brought the page count from 14 down to 12. :)

Thanks for the ping that it's working again! If I have some time later today I'll buy a ton of stuff to fragmentize! I'm still buying quest items from the pawn shop regardless of how much cheaper they are elsewhere.
