I get that space whenever I collapse my events (also, the site width stretches the page).

But when I leave them expanded, none of the above happen.

Nevermind about it not happening anymore lol.

I'm having this problem too. I'm using Firefox, and I have to agree with Jessica, it usually happens after I collapse events. Weird...

I'm having this issue with FireFox 35.0.1 and with Chrome. My bookmarks on the right are also gone. It is happening on every page.

This is still happening for me. Site is not very usable as-is. Started a bit ago, happening on most pages, and I turned of AdBlock/removed all customCSS just to make sure it's not on my end. Didn't help.

Edit: The page loads normal, then jumps down (appears to happen every time, site's loading fast so it's hard to catch it and make sure).

Edit 2: I don't know a whole lot about CSS etc, but div id="page" appears to encompass the selected area, and the height is about right for the gap. "content" is the actual, well... content :p that's pushed down c:

Edit 3: For when these actually, finally, show up, lol. I was clearing out some old events when this happened, and now my events are broken (no background or divider lines, not able to be cleared). I do have a lot of events. IF it's related, I would like some warning before they are cleared so I can copy/paste or something. I also collapsed my events shortly before this happened, it wasn't immediate though.

Also, as I'm typing this I'm noticing my events are jumping around.

I'm on Chrome, fully updated.

They weren't ever staying collapsed, it would only last until a page load. But I just tried refreshing with the events tab open, hard-refreshing with the events tab open, refreshing after clicking the collapse arrow again, hard-refreshing after clicking the arrow again.

It still goes back to 'collapsed', but shows all of my events without a background or divider lines and the gap is still at the top of the page.

I was clearing events right before this happened (probably deleted 60+). That being said, I just came back to the house and checked Subeta and it's working now /shrug.

If it happens again, I'd be happy to try that as troubleshooting, but for the mean time I'm gonna leave it I guess.

This is getting ridic for me. I have had this issue for almost a month now. The box at the top is getting bigger and bigger. Especially on my pc.

On my pc I use chrome, have tried with and with out adblock. No difference. Have tried firefox with no adblock, it still shows.

On my ipad I use safari with no addons, and the box seems giant there. It crashes the browser often also. No other websites crash it.

I keep thinking the page is taking ages to load. And its hard to rs in shops when I have to scroll down so far to even see items. Ive missed quite a few items D:

I brought this up when the new site layout and wishlist were changed, but never had a reply. I dont know what else to do It is really troublesome. It even seems to be blocking all ads on the browsers I use with out adblock. So I would worry its not giving you guys the revenue you take from them. Any help would be amazing. I can screen from all devices if you would like. I already posted some a while ago on an old thread.

I just had it when there was an event. Then a few minutes later, another event happened and it went back to usual. Almost all the time when I had events this didn't happen though.

this is coming back for me as well. had this happen twice now after events once you remove the events its seems to go

I just started having this today, too. I'm using google chrome.

I've been having this happen for a fair while. I'm using Google Chrome and I have no adblocker or any other modifications to the browser. I took the advice of and made sure all my events were not collapsed (I'd had two alerts under the Custom Clothing tab that I'd kept and collapsed just for reference). It took a couple minutes for the event sidebar to update and keep it open, but now that I've done that, I appear not to be having the issue anymore.

Thank goodness, too. Doing slots for Major Drills quests was really annoying when I had to scroll down on every single page.

this is happening to me as well. I can't shut the events off either that are right next to the space which is stange. I am using the current edition of Google Chrome.

This was happening for me for the longest time. I found out it was Adblock. What needed to happen, was I needed to update Adblock (you can do so through the extensions tab of Chrome and settings for Adblock- and updated it. The problem went away, but then came back when I was on beta wardrobe page. I did the same, but nothing happened, so then, I cleared all cache and cookies and even my history. This didn't work at first, but then I had to reboot my computer for another unrelated issue. When I came back, the blank space was gone.

So, I think I would recommend clearing cache, cookies, even history- updating your Adblock if you use it and then rebooting your computer. See what happens. It helped for me! So yeah, GL.

just happened to me, but went away after about five minutes. i think receiving another event fixed the problem. this occasionally happens to my boyfriend, too. also, i don't believe it's adblocker. when i shut off adblock, it did not fix. what fixed it was receiving another event (i believe).
