It depends. If you're wanting me to draw someone who looks just like someone from an IRL ref or an actual character from a show or something, then no. Though if it's something just like "hair similar to this photo", then yes I can do that. My main thing I don't want to have to take from an IRL ref is a face.

I was kind of hoping you would! LOL. Apparently it makes a big difference what I actually want (for some artists), so I'll let you see what I've gotten before? I definitely want chibi style, not like, super realism or anything :)

I can't find my actual ref picture, which is a few years older, but like you can see, they're basically just regular chibi faces?
