no I don't have shin splints now but I have in the past

shin splints are when your shins hurt when you run. It's like a shooting pain. I believe it's actually small tears in your muscle, but they can heal with rest.

Ah, good on no shin splints. They are awful. Almost as bad as achilles injuries.

I don't see why not, its not like they would suddenly go, oh ur in the third stage, taking that away. I would think 'hopefully' anyways whoever has what virus, let that one progress to the end and just not let anyone get any new infections.
