And yay, a runner! I like to fancy myself a runner... I sprinted in high school and the past couple of years I have been trying to train my body to be a distance runner to lose weight and get healthy. I love running... but I do not think that it loves me back. :( I haven't run since Thanksgiving because of achilles tendonitis. I miss it!

Oh hot diggity. Avocados are always fairly expensive here to the north. I live in Northern Indiana. glances outside It's... a white out right now. Nothing is in season. Those strawberries I ate? Good, but you know when something isn't in season and it just doesn't taste as good as it would if it was in season? sighs I think I said this once, but I really... really cannot wait for spring. :(

Yea I am fortunate being in California... out of season stuff tastes slightly better here, I think. Not as good, but the weather is better for growing year round. I am sick of apples though man, I am waiting for Spring anxiously myself. HAhaa

I used to live in Florida with my pops. Winter time? Oranges were fresh, the best I've ever eaten. Never been to Cali, but I'd love to go someday. I wonder if it has something to do with the climate in areas like that? Fruit tasting pretty close to in-season all year...

Sorry you were so disappointed with the revamp. The one pet's revamp that I never got over was the dark matter kumos. It was the first pet I ever saw, and I thought it was so beautiful that I joined the site and worked really hard to get one. The revamp is OK, but it lost something in my opinion. I changed my pet to a dark matter cadogre, which captures a bit of the essence of what I saw in the old dm kumos, in my opinion.

Also, the graveyard magnus was another that was so drastic to me. I kept mine for years even though I didn't like it, and just recently made the pet a glad magnus (which works with the story I have in my head).
