All day today I have tried to play it and everytime I click on it all I get is this :Oh dear! You'll have to try again. You may have waited too long or refreshed the page even my first time going and if I leave and come back hours later..I am not refreshing just clicked on the box

No I didn't know how to delete this..I redid my computer it had something to do with a setting in it or something ..
