I just scratched a lot of scratchcards, and here are my results:

Malerias Gift x122:

+1 level +2 health +2 attack +3 defense +1 speed

Calvin Blackmoon x85:

+1 attack +1 defense

Kumos Moon x72:

+3 health +4 attack

Saggitarius x91:

+3 level +1 health +2 defense +1 speed

Shinwa x16:

+1 health

Sebastian Phoenix x25:

+1 health +1 attack

Pie Scratchcard x55:

+1 level +1 attack
