There was supposed to be a way to unlock him if you happened to finish item hunt but hmm seems the idea has been lost in the mess of other things on site right now.

I've been training my pet on and off for a while (mainly through the training center). I really didn't start doing BQ's. It wasn't until last year after Morostide that I decided to really push and get to T13 by this Morostide. It cost a lot in sps because I bought a lot of tomes to get there.
