- I hope Rouland comes back too, I already have MW, it was the only good weapon that was on the market when I was buying earlier this year, no regrets though, it's been great since the changes in BQs, but I'd still like to earn one. I was hoping that I would be able to win myself a ME before then, but seems like that won't be happening :( I couldn't even beat the wizard enough to earn the concoction last year. So less upset at lack of Rouland (if he doesn't come around) than the lack of Gelatin war :(

I have a tempest gaunt for some water coverage, but earning an MW this year would definitely be nice for me, that full block may come in handy one day. I'd also like to earn my ME but yeah, seems like we won't get a chance at that. I beat wizards enough last year, yay emo spork x)

Shoulda sporked. lol. Never though that they would axe the gelatin war.

pretty sure they told us last year we would definitely get one again next year, so cutting it was unexpected to me too.

- I'll be ok, as long as they don't come along and tell us that the gelatin war is for sure NEVER going to happen again. That 9/10 wins will haunt me forever. OTL (and I might have to punch someone)

Yeah I think we'd all be pretty pissed. What irks me is when a non battler complains about the gelatin wars and how boring they are.

- Yeah, non-battlers spoil all the fun. They should make some more epic wearables for gelatin achievers (gliders currently don't have ANY prizes for all those 250 wins you currently need to get, why not give the wardrobe enthusiasts something to start battling for?)

- Only one amulet, but it gave you a tome, worth it. Quentin hasn't given me an amulet in two days (thankfully Chase was pretty generous with them, 11 in 10 battles, plus the two tomes from win 5)

they really just need to do more battling so they really give some incentive for people to battle more. because right now it's just plots and no one battles the rest of the year then next plot there's a mess of people who don't know what they're doing.

[edit] yeah any time I get a tome, no matter how many amulets, I am very happy. I hate when I don't get an amulet from quentin. I just feel cheated xD

I thought Keith wanted battling to play a bigger part on the site. Jellies achievements should be retooled.

I haven't heard that. I would love it if that were the case though.

I take it you do bqs and generally know what you're doing though. Most of the people who battled during the plot may do bqs for a few weeks afterwards but they won't stick with it.

- lol @ generally know what I'm doing. That's a stretch. I just throw stats on my pets until they can beat stuff. But yeah, I guess doing BQs counts as batting every day.

(Oh boo, I just realized that I did all my library quests before doing shinwa! Got all excited about the weekend quest!)

10 more health with the XP from BQs today, still stuck at level 26, but Armond is making quick progress so I should get farther soon.
