Yes that snowflake in white is the anti-freeze blessing. And maybe you accidentally used it? Sometimes the page glitches and a misclick on scrolls can happen.
If you have an ME that should aid you immensely against her. M-Weapon as well.

It still does the same thing for me, about 29-38 ice, 2 wind, blocks 35 ice and water, heals 600

That was annoying! She seems to put up her blessing immediately and that heal is a pain, plus, as soon as your Parched runs out, she freezes you. I hope the weapon she gives out is good....

It's good for forj and decent overall, especially cuz it's one of the easier ice blockers to get. Congrats :)
The Syringe is a pretty decent weapon... not OMG amazaballs but I rely on mine a lot. It blocks 40 ice and 40 magma, interesting curse and doles out a lot of water icons which is great against Mama Forj.
If you can blast her regenerator (or at least 1) it tends to help. And yes her healing is annoying and the fact her ugly mug hides behind the anti-freeze blessing.
