In most battles you won't immediately see its benefit but it does come in handy for taking down some of the harder opponents a bit early, and helps out in long battles

I'll probably use it to face Prodigy soon, I haven't tried him since the reset.

mecha was great for prodigy, in my experience. it really proves its worth in those longer battles.

lol i feel you very much on that one. i just keep putting the castle off as "ok i'll get to that... eventually..." in fact i've been putting it off so long that i'm not even 100% sure i still qualify as "nowhere near ready" anymore. oh well, extra training never hurts, does it?

I tend to overtrain for an opponent, I do that with pretty much every game haha.

3 days of BQs has Dameon at around 87k EXP saved! Now I'm thinking of taking on PBB (the steroid taking Buttwing Bomber) just not sure how I should approach it....

in defense mode so that will be a small issue for you, it'll still be handy, Virus used it in offense mode with success I think for the first half of the fight for the second half of the fight

your extra hp will compensate a bit, first win shouldn't be bad though. everything else in my set was typical, quill, reviver, somas, rb, mecha. freeze on first turn with shriek/smasher and blast on the frozen turn, mecha + skull staff on first turn good luck!

I was a good girl today. Got junk from Shinwa (no surprise), got two amulets and 1 tome, did my BQ's and even got tons of quests in also today.

Yeah I mostly used Natasha and Cronus for wins 1-3 and then I mostly stuck with Cronus and Skelly Staff for the last 2 wins. Got really lucky. Did not have defensive mode.

hopefully i'll get a bit of your luck when i take my shot at that thing. fingers crossed!
