I should try to beat the effigy with my secondaries, they can probably get a couple wins. I went to go get 5 wins on effigy yesterday and leave the rest to see if I could get the new item, but alas, I already had my 10 wins, must have got them after the very first announcement.

Looks like I was right, the new scale is basically the same as the old only slightly worse. So the people who already maxed effigy didn't miss out at all.

Yes that is true. But we will have a chance during Fireside to get more with the other effigy at least.
