Thank you! gunna try for the last one. prodigy is being very temperamental. sometimes he'll kill me on my first or second turn when I'm blasting + mechaing, sometimes he lets me do that with a good amount of hp left and somas even freeze for once

Slaughtersaurus has a weapon, I think called Rip and Tear, that generates another weapon called Imminent Doom, which then generates Extinction. He has multiple Rip and Tears, so it can be hard to avoid Extinction unless you watch which weapons he uses closely and get lucky with RV or STS timing.

It is kinda helpful, too, if you can't beat him yet but can survive long enough for him to use Extinction. :P I'm pretty sure I got a win or two earlier than I would've been able to thanks to that.

I just wish I had him unlocked so I could try it out :P

Meh... he can go to hell and explode there for all I care. I can't seem to get him in the red he keeps doing 10k crits and won't bugger off freezing me when he gets the chance.

Same thing I always do... try not to use my freezers until he's in the blue. But then he crits me to the blue or red or he freezes me when I freeze him. Eh he's just being a little brat like he always is.

what I do is soma + mecha + sanct on first turn tempest gaunt + recycle blaster + sanct on second turn if I survive that, I'll natasha + gaunt + skelly until I'm at about half health then I'll gift of the forj + gaunt + helmet to freeze him, natasha + gaunt + freezer scroll until I'm out, then a glaciating. then natasha + gaunt + skelly until I'm vulnerable, then I'll use void. if I need help after that I go into water/fire/magma/light/darkness shards and negating pylonic. I had quite a few losses but it worked out :P

I was fortunate enough to have enough CSC on hand whenever the challengers came out that I could get research notes 2-12. I did wind up having to overpay for the tier 1 guy though; I hadn't really liked his loot, so I didn't buy the notes. Now I just buy every challenger that comes out, 'cuz I'm not overpaying on another one because staff releases something involving it a year later. xP

Hmm well I got nothing better to do... might as well rack up more losses getting this jerk over with lol. I just hate when he crits lol I call it his tantrums.

haha might as well give it a shot :) the crits are awful though, it's like when slabby double flexes and crits. how am I supposed to survive 150+ phys icons with a crit on top of that?

I got lucky there... RoE chain froze him several times.

Congrats on the win! just one more! :) I didn't use RoE for my wins, I usually use frozen turns for a chance to regain hp, if RoE healed then I would love it o_o

I usually only ever use it when he's already frozen to try and keep a chain going. -deep breath- Alright let's go take a bunch of losses and get this last win in.
