W00t! BeastMaster has hit t5!

- I dunno what the going strategy is for Saggi, when I beat him it was steal his weapons and use them against him, which is no longer a valid strategy. He doesn't heal a whole lot and deals a lot of phys/light/dark, I think I did MSoB and gelatin slayer to beat him after his weapons revamp.

Yeah Saggi really is annoying because of how broad his icons are. And how annoying those full blocks on some icons are as well.

I tried MSoB, CWS, MCAB, Blessed Trident, Syringe....he just hits a bit to hard for me right yet.

MSoB an CWS are both in the set I tried against him :/

Hmm if you can get a chain freeze going I find that helps immensely. Also blasting his Goddess Slayer and or his Empowered sword helps too. You can do it!

I totally agree! If you have to resort to using shards sometimes they help in a pinch too. Dark earth potions can help too if you wanna try and throw a little more icons at him.

Thanks guys. He was t4 for a while but after getting left behind on the Kiyo battle I started really put into getting up.

Just a couple quick questions.. I got a Allure Potion from BQ's.. is it any good for anything? Also when do I stop keeping my stats even-ish.

Best to keep stats even till around tier 11-12. To be honest it's always up to you in the end. By the time you hit tier 12 you can decide on the proper build for your pet and how you want to see them. Of course you can train your pet any way you'd like. Just know that with even builds might not always help but they can make things easier until you're ready to train in a different fashion.

- Yeah, you still gotta get lucky. Blasting his godess slayers help if you are blocking light/dark/phys. Chain freezing against him definitely helps, he doesn't have any blessings to protect him, and he doesn't freeze you back either.

- with the new cap in place, doesn't really matter that much training evenly or not, but it's never to early to decide if you want a pet that's gonna have a lot of HP vs a lot of strength vs low speed etc. All my pets are basically getting trained even until T7 at least, except for the two that I want to have low speed.

I used gelly slayer and DGR to block the dark and light damage and just relied on a good healing scroll and a couple of CEs and freezers. Also had RoE for the curse and before I was T10, used CTS to diffuse the damage a bit. Also double blasted until I was strong enough to take the hits. You can do it! :)

just stick with doing BQs every day. You will get inspired as you beat more and more challengers, then when the event challengers come around, you will scream at being able to beat the ones you couldn't before. It is so worth it and adds more fun to subeta. Good luck in your training and your battles.

Thanks, I was told to go till t7 before but I just wanted to double check on that.. also I am still learning as I go here.. so maybe once I get to t7 I will see how/if I would keep going. :]

So far I have had no luck with the Mage, he sure is greedy.. he should be more considerate since I'm bringing him his amulets now and not selling them like I used to. lol
