Good good. Yes Battle Quests are your friend! A fantastic way to earn some extra experience and test out weapons and challengers before you decide to use them in a battle for wins and loot drops! If you ever find yourself bored of BQs once in a while, do them in increments of 5 or 10 depending on your mood. :D Great way to finish them and not drive yourself crazy. Heh!

Yeah, don't be like me and try to sneak in 30 battles 30 minutes before midnight. Notorious for doing that. Like shooting myself in the foot. With that said, let me go do my BQ. XD

I actually did all my BQs before reset... For the first time in puffs.... I don't even know. xD I've neglected on the challengers for a while, so I just need to grind the easy and medium opponents then we'll see where that brings me to. xD

But that's the best way of doing it! xD

Good luck! Also egg farming is great for helping your tier 3 and under pets get stronger. So if you have some pets that can battle and take down most challengers it's really easy to get your little guys more stats!

Congrats to everyone on their wins. I finally got around to taking on that chick in the lab coat tonight. I really need to get in gear and finish up a ton of battles…

Ah yeah, all my pets are Tier 4 and 5 though... I did that a while ago, most of my higher pets have 5 wins on most of the challengers. xD I just need to get those last 5. :P So if I get any extra eggs, they'll just sit there. ._.

Unless, of course, I get an 11th Pet Slot when I get my first loyalty box. :o

Well I just went ahead and did my dailies, I will do BQs later in the day.

2 boosters from Shinwa. 1 amulet from Quentin. Marksman gained an intel point from jobs.

As for T9 weapons... I just scoured through my armoury, it's got nothing in T9 except the Maleria's short sword, which is situationally useful at best. My T8s get a lot of use out of the Prodigy staff and the Trident, though those might be big investments for just starting up again. Someone else probably has a better idea of what's good.

Ah yes, the achievements would be it. Speaking of.... I only need the Riptide to complete the 9 Legendaries, and I think I have a seller lined up for that already. Words can not explain my excitement. xD

as far as tier 9 grade weapons go, my recommendations would be: prodigy staff, rapier of error, blessed trident of the banished one, intricate energized helmet, rainbow vortex/shinwas temple shard, phoenix quill, reviver of the lion, and truth serum/soma tablets. that's more or less what my set was back then, and pretty much all of them stay useful in higher tiers.

mind you, not the cheapest assortment of weapons, but i'm not really the guy to talk to for advice on battling on the cheap...

It was worth it though. Getting the special loot with a tier 10 is definitely possible.

You should be able to beat Canaak. I have beaten him 10x with tier 5s several times.

I don't even have much of a clue what is cheap and what isn't anymore.

- definitely invest in some of the staples as Satyr suggested, phoenix quill, reviver of the lion, recycle blaster (though you should be able to earn one easily enough by beating recycle beast) Shinwas temple shard, rainbow vortex, and a 100% freezer, you'll probably be able to earn yourself an intricate energized helmet eventually. That plus two tier appropriate attackers is my generic set for everything.

impressive! congrats on the extra set of loot. but i agree with you there on costs. so much of these things have been hanging around in my armory for literal years, and it's easy for me to say "oh man you've GOTTA get X" without realizing that X costs 50+ mil sp. whoops!
