It really is a shame you haven't even heard anything. I can appreciate that there may be instances where results may take time, but there is no excuse for not keeping you updated. Even if it's just a matter of the staffer waiting to hear back on something -- they should be letting you know that's what's going on. That is common courtesy. For what it's worth, if you were my customer, I would treat you better. I know you're valuable (which is why I treasure you as a friend) -- I wish Subeta did too.
