Gah, I -just- started saving for a PoBow. Yours will probably be sold before I have enough sP, but just out of curiosity, how much are you looking to get for it?

There are 12 research note items from 2013 that unlock 12 opponents, one in each tier. They were in the cash shop and are pretty pricey. And there were four seasonal cash shop items last year that unlock a challenger, and then when you beat the first one a certain number of times it unlocks a harder seasonal challenger. You can look into that if you haven't already. They're expensive, but new challengers are worth it. You can buy the Drills invitation, or complete 600 of his quests to get the item that unlocks him as a challenger.
