Ha-ha it's become such a habit now to worry about books first. Though granted only my main battler gets cash shop books or books that are very limited. Pet 2 will get any spares if I happen upon them and so on. :P

It takes time but if you become dedicated it becomes a habit and part of your daily routine, ha-ha.

My first win I used PoBow and the Syringe from Mutant Scientist. I think it was the extra water damage that helped really.

I don't have magma damage that cronus users have. but I am much weaker than you, I also have over 150 losses (I think) I tried very hard.

Hm I just stuck with the Syringe because it blocks 40 magma. I had to borrow the Cronus for the next 4 wins though because I knew I needed more magma blocking, plus the boosting did help make things go by better. Well whatever works right? Good luck either way!

Syringe was a good idea, and Cronus is a necessary upgrade for additional wins because of the defense. Cronus also buffs str and def which is nice and I really wish my staff did.

- I thought Cronus only buffed spd. I have nothing that blocks magma. I have only the P-staff which blocks fire, I am no where close to being able to take on meatslab with my own weapons. Congrats on the Scientist wins, and GL going for 5!

Reading got too boring, switching to BQs, didn't quite get everyone to 6 AP. But everyone's got a scroll equipped now.

I thought it was str and def, idk, I don't have one. You could get an item hunters whip, that blocks magma xD You don't have pbow or natasha? I hate the inconsistency of pstaff defense

- I have the item hunter's whip, I don't think it is good enough for meatslab. Maybe for win 1. And no, I have neither of those things, they are way out of my budget. There are no affordable fire blockers, not even semi-afordable since everyone selling PBows now are asking 500mill+ for them.

for one win it might work. but it suffers from lack of healing and inconsistent attack. Yeah both of them are very expensive, but fire is a very common icon. You can probably borrow a cronus, a lot of people have them, some lend them out =P

That's why I've been thinking of skipping it all together and just saving the extra & getting Natty the pea shooter. At 750 she's not that much more than folks are asking for Pbow, so why bother with it?
