After that I think I just need to do enough quests to unlock Major Drills, but I hear he kinda sucks as a challenger anyways so I might just not do it lol.

I do them in my phone before I go to bed. I prefer doing them on my phone than my laptop lol. Somehow it's way less tedious.

you can just buy the drills invite off shop search and not have to bother with the quests, but he's definitely not what I'd consider a fun or exciting opponent.
