Is there a certain item you have to burn ???? burned over 200 item..no reign :(

He should be under Event tab in the battle coliseum. Seems like if you already had him there's no need to unlock, sorry for any confusion I totally forgot it only needs to be unlocked once. You should already have him.

Oh,I beat him 10 times each with 6 different pets,I had though I heard something about a red reign been burning things for nothing : P ahhahaha well i am slow : P

Any advice on what set to use to beat Effigy with a tier 6 pet?

Hi Miss Sexy,I had beat her when I was lower than,but we used to be able to use the high tier weapons,they since changed that,so I am at a loss : ( I am so sorry...if I could help you I would ,there are those weapons that restore all your hit points and you are nigh enough to use them,did you try them one is tier one and the other is tier 5 ps You can ask the others here,I am sure that the are kind enough to help you,honest they are :)

I've been experimenting with them and some seem more effective than others but still not getting me to a place I can beat him. I was going to see if I could afford any of the other ones recommended in your guide.

I'm off to bed, but I'll take a crack with some 6s tomorrow and see if I can swing a win or two. I'll let you know how it goes. Meanwhile, you're in the best of hands w/MrC! :)

Blunderbuss is definitely one of the most effective tier 6 and under weapons for him. You may want to upgrade your scrolls to have a stronger healing scroll, such as soothing currents or divine denizhen. Finding something to serve as the weapon to use alongside blunderbuss is what I recommend, although having an item with an infinite use heal while also getting at least some damage through his defenses is nice.

Okay -- it was bugging me, so I just threw a set together real quick and got lucky w/a T6 (Black Magic).

I used:

primarily blunderbuss and riptide with PW scrolls for blocking

had the forj shield also for some turns w/banana katana (had light bulb nunchucks to back those up but didn't need) also had STS and RV, but they weren't needed, nor were RotL and PQ although they all make nice back up for when things don't go your way. I just got lucky.

Scrolls were all PWs and fatal fires w/skelly for when I ran out or needed to heal. I just alternated blocking w forj and using skelly to heal a bit if needed and then went back to hitting hard with PW or FF to block the fire.

I dk what all you have, but I can also lend some if need be.

After ten wins, I got one scale and two amulets other than 5th win loot- pretty great! Didn't think I'd get a scale with my one battle pet, lol.

Fighting the Red Rreign would be so cool - might even make a great global boss :D
