Can anyone with 10 wins on the reaper share strat/set? I have tried curse/freeze with him and I'm struggling for that last win, and idg why it should be this hard _;

Can't get past 3 wins on Careaper. He's one tough lizard thingy. Not sure if it's not having enough HP or just not having the weapons/scrolls necessary to get the other 2 wins.

You were right. KT kept trying to take down the roidrage bug. Didn't go well. LOL Maybe that's why his happiness isn't at 14 anymore…. I thought I could pull off at least one win, but no dice. :( Will have to wait until next time.

Whacha using? You may be able to do it. Might need to borrow some shrieks/smashers though. They help out immensly.

He can heal for so much more than I can hit him for. I had no luck getting a freeze on him aside from the opener. He froze me first turn every battle too. Had I been able to freeze him, I might have pulled it off. But no freezes -- and KT has high speed -- well, you just know it's just not gonna happen. No way can I get a chain freeze going when I can't even get one past the opener. I do have multiple shrieks and a psycho, etc… so it wasn't the scrolls. Just bad luck and not enough stats.

Finally, using cronus/ME/RoE and relying on crits/freezes u__u; jeebus.

Chain freezes do help but it's just a matter of getting lucky, getting an extra freeze or two after the first turn, and getting some crits. I lucked out at least once with a 9k double crit at the end to make me from almost dead to getting a win. Timing a freeze + crit or crit + he doesn't heal is the trick to the fight.

i won the first fight pretty easily, but now im just getting my ass handed to me. any advice? heres my set.

try to borrow some shrieks. if you can, no need for goft or holy deluge if you don't have enough AP to handle all of those.

Pet just made tier 5 and pet turned tier 4 earlier this week, love my growing babies. :)

does he have freeze protection? i'm not sure i've gotten any freezes off my smasher so far.

Yes, but it isn't full immunity. So if you do get a freeze or two in, it helps immensely.

8 or 9 of those losses came from trying to get win . I might go for ten later if I feel like I need a bunch more losses on my record. o_o

also: will lend shrieks to people I know/have spoken to before/etc who want to try for more freezes on careapier, drop me a comments or ping or summink if you want a lend. :)
