Bought myself an MW. Now I just need to keep up on training so I can get an ME next time the gelly war pops up. Then I suppose I just need an earth blocker, maybe ice and light. Earth would be what I get first, I think.

Tomorrow I get to go home, though my grandmother hasn't passed yet so my mom is staying. We've said our goodbyes, so I don't think my dad, my brothers and I are gonna go back for the funeral. I feel for my mom, though. She's already grieved for the most part(not surprising under the circumstances), but now she has to deal with crazy family drama. x_x

What do you guys like for mods? I had a bunch of parched baguettes so I filled most with that.

I try to always have 5-7 parched bags, 1-2 singed and 4-7 crit strikes between whatever 3 attackers I'm using. Obviously I always tend to have 3 attackers at any one time.

- loading up on parched is good, you get those extra icons, plus high rate of freeze protection activation. My default mods on my weapons are 1 parched, 1 crit, 1 BoNA, and if there's a 4th mod slot, I usually throw on a singed. It does depend a bit on the opponent you are facing, if you are battling someone who doesn't freeze, like Chase, the parched blessing isn't super useful, but the BoNA blessing stops him from stealing your stuff. For opponents that have blessings or curses (or both) disabled, critical crystals become more useful. I'm usually to lazy to re-mod my weapons, so I just keep that spread of one of everything on them to cover my bases.

My little battler will be tier 6 in just 41 more stats! Should be there by the end of the month, maybe sooner!

2 parched baguette, 1 singed baguette, 1 crit strike tear if they have 4 mod slots. if they have 3, 2 parched, 1 crit strike

I've found that works really well, a good mix of damage and freeze protection. I don't use BoNA unless absolutely necessary. for the most part I can ignore stealing opponents.

it is just a combination that has worked for me, other people have success with other things though =)
