Whew, Finally through sorting gifts from Lumi and making my rounds to say Thank You to everyone. Am I the only one who gets paranoid I missed thanking someone?

How's everyone's New Year's gone? I have some exciting news! The SO and I came to a firm decision that we'd start working on my moving to Jersey to be with him over the course of his visit here! So, Jersey here I come!... In like 6 or 7 months xD

Also did I hear videogames come up? -ears perk- o.o

Welcome ! I'm Chiibi! I also like videogames, cats(well, animals in general, but no spiders! I'm arachnaphobic.) and Asian culture, and languages in general.

I know, I went though all the sections to see if there was anything I missed. Though I'm not sure why they added stuff to old sections, why not just add it to this year's?

I've never been a nervous flier/worried about others - there's those stats that say planes are safer than cars in terms of accident rates, so I feel everyone's pretty safe.

I spent a few hours doing some overall subeta cleaning after opening my tree. Cleaned up my wardrobe and wishlists, buying stuff I've been waiting to buy in case it was under my tree, knocking off achievements which I only needed a 1 or 2 items for, etc. feels much better For a few days until it's all a mess again, haha.

I hear you! I worked food service in college too. I worked at quiznos (free lunch sandwiches were nice though) and costco's deli/bakery. Definitely not the kinds of things you see yourself doing forever. Learning real world applications can definitely give you a new insight into your field :)

Wind waker was a good game too - I played the HD one recently released - it was a lot of fun. I think my all time favourite is probably Skyward Sword or Ocarina though. A Link to the Past was good, but I prefer the 3D ones.

I also just recently played Earthbound, as well. It was in the WiiU shop, on sale, and I bought it. I think I've played bits or saw my cousins playing when I was younger though, because a lot of it gave me deja vu, like I'd done it before. The art style reminds me of the old school pokemon, too, of course :)

I've never actually played final fantasy, though I'm sure I'd like it. The truth is now that there are so many of them, I'm not sure where to start. (Ideally with a WiiU compatible one if you have suggestions - it's my main console.)

And yes, Selaphi and I were talking about our shared love of Zelda and RPGs ;) Do you have a favourite game?

Oh man. Oh man oh man oh man. I have so many favorites. Especially in the RPG realm. Let's see... Sudeki, The Elder Scrolls, Fable, Tales of Zestiria, Mass Effect 3, Harvest Moon(If you count it),Star Wars KOTOR, I could go on and on.

I've never played a Final Fantasy besides their MMO's but I feel much the same as you, I wouldn't know where to start. I've also never played a Zelda game. I know, I know, fire and damnation upon me D: x.x;

Now adays, I mostly play survival sims, voxel games, like Terraria, Starbound, Minecraft, Rust, Creativerse. etc.

I can say I definitely have learned to work with all different spectrums of the population that's for sure. People can be SO picky/rude about their food. I like to just think they are all very hangry and they aren't taking it out on me personally.

Hello everyone c: I just cleaned out my bathroom, closet, and room! New year, fresh start right?

Oh Boy Oh Boy :3 Now you got me excited. Okay, so. I've been self teaching myself Japanese over the years, I'm highly out of practice at the moment, but I know what you mean! I love Manga, Anime and the games they produce in Japan. I just finished Soul Eater and am working my way through original Sailor Moon. I never thought of collecting guides like that o.o I wish I could collect language books. Like the ones you study. I love languages, so so so much. In terms of learning Japanese, I recommend you pick up Hiragana, Katakana(which I assume is what you meant by Kana?), and then delve into Kanji.. There's a book out there for learning Kanji that is really good. The more practice you get with Kanji though, the more literate you will be considered.

I also really enjoy Korean Culture, specifically, Korean TV Dramas, I know. A little out there. But they're so gooood. If you like Romance anime/manga, I highly recommend it to you!

Oh man, I found my old Harvest Moon game a few days ago and was so thrilled! I never tried ESO though, as I heard it got terrible reviews and it's not as pretty as I normally look for my MMOs to be. I know, strange. But true. I really like my charas to be pretty in MMOs. I'm waiting for Blade N Soul Currently.

I play almost exclusively on wiiU - I'm a Nintendo girl through and through. Have been since the early days of gameboy (sideeyes that name though)

Honestly Ocarina and Majora are so interconnected they're like one game. I love them both, though the time mechanism is pretty awesome and unique.
I love exploring and mapping games, so that's always a highlight of Zelda.

I haven't heard or played a lot of those - I'm really in my Wii bubble. The only one I've played is harvest moon. I also just got the Minecraft since they released it for Wii. I wasn't a huge fan - my brother likes creative mode, but I prefer a story/action oriented games.

You can definitely learn a lot about people in the service industry. I think every young person should be required to work in retail/service - it 100% is an invaluable learning experience about people. And yeah there's always some jerk, but its never personal.

Ah, I see o.o I have a Wii but I don't have much on it.. Biggest Loser, Furu Furu Park, Dokapon Kingdom, and Animal Crossing is really bout it for me on there. I was always an Xbox/handhelds/and PC gamer, Highly against Sony though xD Now a days, everything I do is either on PC or my 3DS.

Minecraft is best on PC, there's a lot of mods that shift the game. Even Storyline based mods.

I was just having this conversation with my boss. I agree everyone should work retail or a foodservice job growing up. It makes you learn a lot but also appreciate even more.

Yeah I had a LOT I decided on getting rid of/donating. I usually do that after Christmas/birthday. Since they fall back to back for me I always feel like I have way too much stuff and it's all cluttered
