No, I'm still using a 'high' freezer. It freezes probably 95% of the time, so I haven't bothered. What's a good 100%?

I've been able to beat pete and I managed to beat nightshade (I think that was his name) one time. I haven't tried the other two yet, I think I'd get my butt kicked at this point :P

EDIT: Just regular training and battle XP. I'm too cheap for stat boosters :P I'd rather have a little patience than drop too much on training items, when I'm still at a relatively low level.

He's a bit strange. If I understand correctly, shielding is disabled for him, so you have to rely on freezing and then healing and attacking. I can beat him but only barely sometimes :o Oh, and it helps if you steal one of his weapons.

Yeah, some of the challengers have weird limits. Like you can't heal while fighting eclipse at all? I wasn't sure if those things were intentional, or glitches. I tend to be a mostly offensive battler, anyway, I don't carry many shields, because choosing the right icons can be tough. Instead I rely on having a pile of healers (4, ha!) and then high-icon offensive weapons.

Stat boosters are expensive :( you can try restocking them though. I autotrain one of my tier 4's because i have no patience at all and then i get around 30 stats in a day.

I'm happy for one year there is some even balance between wears and the rest. I'm not much of a wearable person, I just collect for achievement sake. Hence buying all the wears of last years to catch up.

I'm too cheap for even autotraining :P I'd rather buy wearables. But once you start to get into the slightly higher tiers, I can definitely see the appeal. After I hit 6-7 I might give it a shot.

BTW when did you guys start showing signs of infection? I don't think I have, yet. I'm wondering how long it will take, or if I'm missing a step.

I usually autotrain when i got csc left somewhere. Hmm at higher tiers I actually quit autotraining because there are less sessions in 1 day.

I don't even know which infection I have. Originally I clicked random, for free, but nothing happened, so I clicked the 25k option, but it said some sort of error message about me not being infected enough, so I don't even know what I have.

Aw darn. You should have waited till the next stock. I'm pretty sure they'll stock again.
