It's an anime style forum site - very similar to Subeta, actually. It has an avatar you dress up, as well. It was quite popular a few years back. I don't know if it's still that way. I haven't logged on in years.

It is tempting, but I find 700 seems like a lot of pay for most things. The only reason to pay that is if you think you won't find it anywhere else.

Yeah, vending takes about a minute total of speed clicking, I love it :) Celebration Gift and Blue Sky are pretty decent, too. I think you come out ahead on making money, and you can frag all the cheap stuff for a bunch of crytals, so win-win.
