Busy day here. Been actually working on stuff most of the day (this is my first real chance to get online.) Also went to the gym a bit ago. Someone challenged me, so I was feeling especially competitive :)

Hi! How are you? It's snowing here, so I've been relaxing mostly. Made a few trips out to get a few things in case it gets really bad.

Haha, thank you, my non internet form is in pjs, and icky from the gym, so not so much irl :P It was nice to be active though - I have a fitbit reminding me that I'm less active than I want so I'm trying to be better :)

Those americans! They shove their TV and movies and books at us every chance they get >:) The problem is they make lots of really good, addictive stuff! It overshadows the crap made at home (def true in Canada, not sure about for you guys) I can't even think of the last Canadian show I watched tbh. And netflix makes it soo easy to watch american shows constantly.

I've heard a lot of good things about both of those. I'd like to watch Nashville eventually. Not sure about Making a Murderer - my mom looves true crime, but I've never really been into it. Also, it seems this particular case is conversional and thought-provoking, and I honestly don't have it in me to think about it right now with being stressed out by work :P

Good to be prepared and maybe curl up with some hot chocolate :) It's just super cold here, the little snow we had is actually clearing up. No big snow days yet - not sure whether I'm happy about that or not :P

Lol, I think you're not the only one being plagued with doughnuts! Older lumi items are quite nice, that way they're deflating which is good for books and wearables and stuff!

Kukuku.. I'm one of those old people who used to use AOL and every time a new one caught on I was like "huh?!" I remember when u_u/u.u and stuff caught on, I was there when people did ^__^ instead of just ^^ or ^-^.. Man, it feels like ages ago but it was really only like 10 years or so..? ( only.. lol ) Dx;; I'm only 26 but the yesteryear of being 12 feels so long ago..

I don't know what it was, my outfits on that site were so tacky looking back. I love to draw costumes and sometimes avatar sites give me huge inspiration. :3 I love the items because I get to see the styles and choices of other artists at work.

I don't think I've seen that website before, those are pretty cool avatars. I think I would have tried something like that back then. I've gotten spoiled on the size of the HA's here, they're a lot bigger than other sites. I'm glad I found a chat thread because I get lonely on forums when I don't have people to talk to. x.x

I think I have some old avatars from other sites saved ranging from my old tacky ones to my last ones before I quit.. But I like Subeta. I actually made the account and forgot about it until just recently so I am still fairly new. The Neopets vibe scared me away at first because I didn't know enough about either site and animals weren't my thing.. But even here I can find pets I find cute and want to have. ^^ So it's expanded my horizons a bit too.

That's also a problem, if I have TOO many items then it becomes a pain. but then there's the fact I want everything!!

I didn't realize there was no way to get rid of drawers. There are a few I was planning to delete, but never got around to; I guess I can't now. So I'm not being lazy, I'm just stuck :P

Agreed on no 'all drawers' option. I've learned where most my stuff is if I know what I want, but it's annoying when you're just browsing.

I think the thing about a fitbit is that it reminds you and keeps you accountable. It's not exactly groundbreaking technology for sure. But its kind of easy to forget about the details and numbers, but with a tracker they're in your face. It's really for those of us who need constant reminders or we won't do it :P

Reading is better for you anyway ;) Everyone should take a good book over TV! The biggest and best fandoms are book related - see HP ;)

What games are you into these days?

Elsword 8D!! Thats it. I dont really play lots of games honestly. A lot of my friends are pretty heavy gamers but I have never even tried to get into it haha. Like... All the protagonists or cover dudes look the same oAo I like design and stuff, so there seems to be 0 appeal. Everything is like, super desaturated, contrasty things, with good CG. And like, little specs of dust from the apocalypse flying around LOL

My general tendency seems to be, if the story isn't so great everybody is talking about it, or it's somebody's favourite thing, I'm going to spend my time on something else xD And if its multiplayer I might get into it * - *

Idk, I'd take having fun with my friends over getting nose deep into a first person shooter any day.

I designed her, shes a friends oc but we share our universe. :3 In the end she did kind of end up looking a little like Shantae, I believe. Totally unintentional haha. Thats the only video game char that comes to mind when I see her.

Some of the emote usage is to break the fact sometimes it's hard to tell if someone's being rude or friendly unless you use the right smileys. xD I loved MSN, the custom emotes made it so worth it, skype sucks. AOL might still provide internet service, I know they still have email service running. It used to be how we connected to the net through dialup when I was first getting online.

I do love to draw, it's one of my hobbies I may have slacked in school too much to develop. Hehe. I have a good bit of old art on my pc still thats pretty funny to look back on but I lost a lot of little comics I used to draw during multiple moves.

Stromboli is like a sauceless pizza that the crust is folded over the cheese / toppings and baked then you eat it dipped in marinara. I dont MIND pizza but I kind of like the crust/cheese more than all the sauce. The marinara sauce is juuust enough.
