Haha that's my life everyday. I live in the United States. So you can do four years in college and get your undergraduate bachelor's degree. After college you can go on to graduate school or get your PhD which is what I think you're talking about. If I want to get my masters in Nutrition it's only 2 years, but I'm so burnt out of school ;-;

Well welcome! I know Subeta is really hard to get the hang of at first, I am still fairly new (although 10 months is fairly old I guess!)

I feel you. I have almost the same prescription as my mom, who's had eyesight that gets worse and worse since she was a teenager. Thank goodness for shaved lenses. No matter how crappy your prescription you can still get cute frames. Sunglasses though...
Yeah :( There are positives and negatives to every single situation. We can only continue to live our lives and hope for the best. Thinking of all the things we can't change or affect just leads nowhere. I prefer to spend my efforts worrying about how many plushies I need to make a complete collection on subeta. blissful ignorance I might be opinionated, but not much of a world-changer.

Hello everyone! Sorry, once again, for being away. I just have days where nothing really sounds enjoyable to do, including subeta. The interview for the activities coordinator position for the nursing home went decently. There were many applicants, so I'm assuming it will go to someone more qualified or experienced in that field. But I'm still hopeful! Plus I just got a call for another interview for Wednesday! It's a bank in my town. I'm not so good at math, but counting out money isn't that difficult for me. So I'm hopeful for this, as well.
How is everyone?
xDDD Yeah. Summertime is the struggle. I can't very well enjoy the beach or the pool or any water activity with glasses on. And of course I want to wear my sunglasses. So contacts it is. I use dailies though when I do wear them and they just get so dry by the end of the day.
Oh I use to volunteer with an activities coordinator at a nursing home! I needed some hours put in and I actually just love old people so I really enjoyed it
Sounds like you have more self control than me! If I "pop" on subeta for "5 minutes" it turns into an hour really quick!

It's tough out there for young people but you're getting interviews, so that's a start. And you have some experience from your last job, and that's something some people don't have.
Yeah contacts definitely have their uses in water/active activities. I feel naked without mine though, so I try to avoid contacts as much as possible. Which is why on Subeta it's fun to dress up and look entirely different and wear things I never would irl.

Yeah I agree! I'm noticing that I'm becoming obsessed with all the different kind of wigs. I literally never change my hair IRL because everyone always comments on how beautiful my natural hair is. Plus dying your hair a lot gets expensive xD

Really? I mean, I love the 40% milk chocolate. For example the brand Ritter Sport, if you've heard of it. And there is also another brand that sells bitter-sweet chocolate and this one I also really like. It's just hard to like eat "pure" dark chocolate and one of those buzzfeed "kids try dark chocolate for the first time" videos ...? Well, I relate to this video so much, it hurts. XD And oh, I wish we had halloween candy sales here! We don't even have tradition of halloween candy. But I can assure you, if I have anything to say about it, I'll be there for post-Christmas chocolate sale. First in line at 8 am on first day. :D And now I really wanna try american chocolate! I think I'll order some from amazon in near future. :) How are you today? ^^
ohmygod XD The other day I ran out of baking soda and I wanted to bake cupcakes, so I went to the store and got some, when I came back, I realized we were out of cupcake liners ... Whiiich, as I realized the very next day, was a mistake on my part, since I didn't look into one of the drawers. No cupcakes for me. :C And yes, geek with immense love of chocolate. It's sooo hard to find likeminded people irl. T_T Idk, I live in such weird place. How are you dooing?

I finished my masters in june. I'm taking a year off. Which sounds exciting but is mostly just me sitting at home playing subeta and looking for phds to apply for XD
Starting to write is always the hardest :o Once you've got going it starts flowing! Ah well good break for you XD It is very hard to get motivated to go to the shops lol. Best of luck with that!
