Yeah, my girlfriend and I did the same thing. We'd also buy a bunch of Christmas decorations and ornaments for next year the week after Christmas. We also did the whole matching costume thing, to. I went as Stalin one year as a joke, she went as Lenin. That ended up being a very interesting Halloween... There's a masquerade? I haven't been here that long, so I don't know about any of the events or plots.

Hahaha I do that, too! I literally have a tote or two full of different holiday decorations for when I get my own place. I started buying them a few years ago, and they've just kind of accumulated. That does sound like a pretty interesting Halloween xD Yep! The masquerade is in March? I think. It was the first event I experienced when I joined, and I just loved it. Full of steampunk stuff.

Haha, same. I have an entire closet full of decorations I've accumulated over the years, along with a bunch of Halloween props in the basement. As a result, my girlfriend didn't like to go down there because there were a bunch of rubber monsters lying around.

A Steampunk event! I officially love Subeta. I love things like ballgowns and masks.

Hahaha that's hilarious. xD Yes! You get to dance with people for tokens, and you can spend them on masquerade clothing or food refreshments. There's sooo much to choose from! You have to be wearing a mask to dance with people.

It's bright and sunny here, but I'm sticking inside too. Had a busy few days with errands and stuff, so I'm hanging inside.

Hello to anyone else who's around :)

It's my normal day off xP So having a Monday off is no different for me, but Nathan is home too so that's different! It's been on and off cloudy... but it's nice now. Makes me kind of want to get out and do something... but the thought of lugging out the kayaks is daunting.

Kayaking is a lot of fun :) I actually went to kayak camp when I was a kid, haha. If you already own the kayaks and don't have to rent them - might as well get some use out of them. You still have some time left, though. Summer's not quite over yet!

They're Nathan's parents, actually. He seems to be down with going.. maybe we should.

It's probably one of those things where the hardest part is getting started. Once you're out there you'll have a blast :)

We decided against it xP We have a softball game tonight so we'll be outside doing something active then. I sat outside for a little bit and coloured in my adult colouring book, but I can't find my pencil sharpener so that ended my colouring xP

Makes sense. That's a lot of activity for one day.

It's all Mandelas. My mom got it for me.. some of them are super intricate.. it's actually really fun and relaxing! Something to keep my hands busy while I watch TV so I'm not eating xP

That makes sense. It's so true - when you're sitting around watching TV it's almost habit to find something to eat or do with your hands.

I've been pretty good - nothing exciting happening, just the same old work stuff. I haven't been on subeta much lately - with the boards being slow these days, I haven't had much incentive.
