I have three. They're called Ebony (ebbie) Pataud and Bouboule. The two second are the pups of the first. Since we thought we'd be going away, we named them as it came XD Pataud means clumbsy in french and bouboule is little ball. One of them couldn't walk straight for the longest time, and the other has really fluffy black fur XD

Not really. I'll only babysit for two families, because I'm generally really uncomfortable around kids.

The mother ebbie is a yorkshire terrier, the other two are mixed :)

Oh I see. Well, that's already quite a bit depending on how often you babysit! How old are the kids?

One has a girl that's 7/8 and a boy that's 5/6, then the other has 3 and 5 y/o boys. They don't really need babysitters that often, so I usually only babysit once every couple of months.

I love pretty much all animals to be honest! Unfortunately we live in a rented apartment, no pets are allowed. I can't wait until we can buy our own house and have pets, but it's so much work saving enough money and the market is so competitive! My dream is to one day have a lifestyle block and organic vegetable garden, with lots of pets, and chickens so I can have fresh eggs every day :). Maybe I should look into dog babysitting, I've seen websites where people pay you to walk their dogs or feed their cats.

You've reminded me I need to redo my nails, they're looking a little worse for wear. But to choose a colour...

I always have trouble choosing a nail colour, I'm terrible with decisions. My favourite colour of all time is essie - mademoiselle. It makes my nails look like they have this incredible manicure ❤️, its a sheer light pink, almost french manicure kind of colour. It matches literally everything and is so work appropriate. I always plan my nails depending on who/what I have to see the coming week :)

That's a great colour! I own a ton of nudes, but I don't think I have that one. Essie does some of the best though. I'm actually more partial to brights and deep colours, though. I make a game out of trying to fill colour gaps in my collection. I've actually bought dupes by accident sometimes, haha. I need one of those big wall racks so I can see everything at once.

Chickens are the best! Do you think you'd have any other animals? A couple of our friends have chickens, geese, and goats! Also, organic farming is so cool! At my work, they have a co-op with organic farmers and I love hearing them talk about it. And pet sitting is a great idea, really. It's a nice way of getting to spend time with different animals and also getting paid. (The best part is spending time with the animals, in my opinion!)

Glad you get to stop in again! I'm doing fine- I've been at work and babysitting. This weekend I'm going to be farm sitting full time.

Work's over for me now, yay :) It's past 9pm and I'm just getting around to quests.

Sounds like a busy week. What does farm sitting entail? That sounds like a pretty big job to take over!

Holy cow! That's a long day! Glad you get to relax now- especially after a couple busy days.

Keeps me from sleeping the summer away, thankfully! And it's not a very big farm- just chickens, geese, goats, and dogs! Together, I believe the animal count is 25? I just have to water and feed them, and let the dogs and goats stretch their legs. One of the goats still needs to be bottle fed, so I get to do that, as well!

Yup, I'm very much looking forward to the weekend this week. I'll have earned it.

That sounds more manageable than I was picturing, for sure! And sounds like a great way to spend a summer (I used to do exactly what you said - sleep the summer away, haha) especially if you're an animal lover :) How do you know the farm owners?

Lol! It's pretty relaxing for me, but if they get any more animals, I'm not too sure if it will stay relaxing! And the guy is my dad's superior (idk if he's my dads boss, or just in a higher position than him. It's the military- who knows?) and his wife is a friend of my mom's.
