Afternoon everyone! Had a seminar at work today - my boss was presenting to a group of clients, so I got to skip off work to watch all morning :) So no subeta :P

I didn't realize you had a CW shop :O Is it open yet? Are you making the things for it, or buying them?

I can see why you think he would be reborn, but nope, he's in his final form! I just like fire items and the contrast :) I do have another pet that has lunar/galaxy themed treasure though.

And yep, super excited about reaching tier 6 soon! Everyone makes it sound like a milestone level. Are there any new enemies you can beat with your new set? And what upgrades did you select?

The concept is basically that DJ is a widowed mother, and Steph and Kimmy are around to help her out, plus all the extended family may guest star. Actually... now that I think about it, that IS just the concept of Full House with a female spin, isn't it. sigh Not a good sign.

Trying to make myself leave subeta alone so I can get some final work done for the semester. I'm just not feeling it today.

Yay, I got the book I need!

Long, haha, and since my boss was presenting, it's all stuff I know from our industry. But it's pretty awesome to get all the free stuff - we got really nice cappuccino mugs, pens and notebooks, because our event was sponsored by Google :) Free stuff makes everything more fun! :P

Free stuff is awesome! haha xD I'm still in school until I graduate on May 9th. So close! Then I'm going to move back home and try to get a job there to start working off my debt before I go back to further my degree. I actually have over 300 coins turned in that I'm not using because I'm done. haha, so I've just been giving flowers to people randomly. But thank you ^_^

Well, I can't really get the upgrades that I really want till the summer MC shop :( (the healing quill whos name I can't remember and the firewand thing)... So I got a beebee gun for now and the nunchucks thing. I'm not really sure what else I want. I mean, there are no really awesome T6 shields which is annoying, I'm still with Rose shield.

What are you majoring in? This wig is harder to work with than I wanted it to be. -.- lol I'll probably change again soon.

Oh, for some reason I thought you were done - but less than 2 weeks, that's getting close! I hear you about paying down your loans - I did that too, accelerating my payments so I was done within months. It's a weight off your shoulders to be done with student loans for sure!

Yay for being finished with the event early. It's a relief to not be stressing about flowers, right?

Yeah, I'm waiting to get the phoenix quill from that shop as well. I'll be at tier 6 by then, so I might be waiting on some of the same items by the time it finally changes :)

I'm still using quite a few older tier items, too. Like one of my bombs is still a modded bottled tornado (can't beat the guaranteed 38 damage), and I'm using two old healing quills (one all the way back from 3!) I'm too cheap to pay the 100m for reviver of the lion. My shield is level 5 - Forj Tempered Shield. I'll have to look at Rose Shield. I don't remember ever even considering that one.

Yeah, colourful wigs can be so hard to work with. It's a shame :o

The friend night was surprisingly quiet. We ended up avoiding talking about anything very serious which was lovely for keeping the mood up, but um... didn't help in the long run ^-^;; Ah well.

I thought for sure I wasn't going to be able to get everything I wanted from Esther's this year because there's just SO MUCH. But thanks to my sister's hoard, I got them all in like 2 days xD I haven't figured out how much I'll be paying a month yet, but I would really like to get it all paid off asap so I won't have to worry about it when I get my own place.

I like rose shield because it's infinite and blocks 3 of every item except light. If you combine it with divine denizhen that's a pretty damn good shield. Not for the next level of challengers though XD

Yeah, I'm not getting the reviver. If you have the quill, there's not much point. I don't think you can equip them together anyways? I want to get soma tablets though. I have the recycle gun, but these would be so much more help.

Is that shield good in general? I didn't bother looking into it out of laziness mostly lol.

I'm not sure yet :o I like pharmaceutical stuff so probably in that direction.

I love divine denizhen! After morosbane it's probably my second favourite - best 20m I ever spent. It's basically a full heal slash bomb at the end of every battle. I need to look at getting MOAR scrolls. They're awesome!

It's hit and miss. It's semi-breakable, so it can break at crucial times if you really rely on shielding as a strategy. But my style is more offense + healing and I only really use shields once or twice a battle, so it doesn't really bother me. Even with a really good constant shield I don't think I could beat Jacques, so it's not a priority to find a better one. He's the next challenger I think I'll be able to beat (or maybe Slavam)? Both seem like a pretty big step up from Mama Mush/Mechalag though.

Makes total sense. I'm still saving for a place of my own a few years later - I graduated into a very tough job market. I want to buy a condo and it's expensive :( If you don't mind renting, it's probably a lot easier :)

Whelp I think I may have figured out how to use a couple of my TS goodies in addition to the birdy matching the eyes ^-^/ Ooooh just realized I broke 500 achievements ^-^ (In all seriousness I'll probably write you in a moment if you don't mind)

What are the stats for the divine denizhen? o-o Should I be making that scroll? Also looking fabulously vamp ... except the cute little birdy :D All over a great effect ^-^

Woo! I should work more on achievements, but I just haven't felt like it much lately. Mostly just the bookworm forum title, which is taking waaay too long. But Calin is almost to 900 books, at least! I think that will be halfway -.-

That's awesome! I have a friend getting ready to go to grad school for that now. She loves it :)

I don't really want to rent, but I know I'll definitely have to until I can afford to buy. Plus, I'm not really sure where I want to live yet. I still want to see more places before I decide. Btw, your HA has a creepy gorgeous vibe and I'm totally digging it.

I feel you on the bookworm achievement but you are WAY closer than I am (I'm almost to 800 for Geoff) I think it's 1200 books actually hmmm. Luckily enough I nabbed a book from the TS today ^-^ We will triumph! .... Eventually XDD

Oh man, I think you're right! No idea where I got 1,800. That gives me a lot more hope, knowing I'm like 3/4 of the way there. I also got a book from the TS today! The only one I still needed from that restock. I need to stop buying wearables so I can buy more books. My closet is big enough. I'm actually going through it now to sell a lot more. xD
