Item hunt probably cost me about 20mil in total over all 100 levels.

this was my second try recently. I tried before but then it was harder for some reason.

I think i paid 13mil for the highest item in this round and 25 in my previous attempt. I wouldn't go for it when you have less than 100mil.

It's been okay. I'm SUPER sick right now. I'm at my parents. I think I'm going to have to call in sick to work tongiht:( Which looks awful cause its my last sephora shift... How are you?

Really? I always seem to hit a roadblock in the 70s, with a 10m+ item. I'm kind of shocked that they don't just get progressively worse from there! I was expecting it to cost 200-400m at least, and expected to have to save at least a few hundred mil before I gave it a real shot - if at all. Maybe I was just unlucky with my attempts so far.

Aww, sorry to hear that. It must be coming back to the cold weather after your vacation :( At least spring is coming, so the sick season will be over soon!

it mostly depends on luck. But i've been hearing lately that it got overall easier. I never made it past 74 for years and now i got in the 90's twice in a few months time.

it's not worth 200-400mil anyway, the weapon you get as reward deflated a lot with more people getting it.

I was thinking more in terms of getting the achievement, rather than profit - but yeah, I wouldn't have done it at that price; there are too many other achievements I could buy much, much cheaper, before I get to that one.

Is the weapon it gives actually worth using? I never looked up the stats on it.

You still got plenty cheaper and easier achievements left. I reached the point where item hunt at pretty much whatever cost was still a cheap and easy achievement.

Hmm idk, maybe can shine some light on that. She said earlier that it's not the best in it's tier. But i don't know if it's worth using it.

Yeah, you have an impressive array of achievements there :) I still have lots of decent options for collectable sets. And games (ugh all the games.)

I was just wondering if it's priced high because it's actually useful, or because it's just really rare, but useless.

I'm achievement addict if that wasn't clear yet ;) the games are such a pain :( They take ages! I still got some to go but the games aren't working for me right now.

Swashbuckle is a good weapon, but there are much much better weapons for Tier 11! If you win a Swash it certainly saves you some money - but if you would like a set with weapons that are useful into Tier 12/cap as well I'd go for these:

Base items (I use these in every tier's set where I can): OR

Attackers for a T11: You really need at least two of these to be successful at Tier 11. Other great things to use are Rapier of Error to get a curse in, Maniacal Essence though it's incredibly expensive, and either Shinwas Temple Shard/Amulet of Neutrality to block all icons (Amulet can last multiple turns).

And then you need scrolls...

If anyone wants advice for a set/opponent/pet in particular feel free to comment me :)! Can also lend items to let you see how hard they smack.

Thanks for the info :) I'm still at a much lower tier (5) but I see you have Reviver Of The Lion on your must haves list. I was thinking about purchasing one, but I'm not sure what's a fair price?

There's one in the shops for 100m, but since it hasn't sold, I'm not sure whether or not it's inflated.

Achievements are fun, so I can see why you'd get addicted :) Running out of viable ones must be a bummer though :( Gives you less to work toward.

For T5 you can get away with using something else :) But eventually you would definitely want that in your set! The Quill is a definite need, I use it and I'm capped so it's such good value.

I can give you T5 recommendations, but if you want my honest opinion I would spend your sP on autotraining into T6. That tier has weapons that are REALLY useful for T7 as well and you can start to use some cool bombs and stuff around there. For my T6 pets I used Frost Thorn + Fruit Bone Dagger as my attackers, though Blunderbuss is also great :).

Everyone's been saying to wait until summer to buy a quill because they're in the mil centre, so I haven't bought one yet.

I'm still a long way from beating the next closest enemy. I can beat mama mush and mechalag; I'm not even sure who I'd next be able to beat? They all seem to have a pretty big difficulty gap after those two.

My set seems to work fine for now :) Every new tier is an excuse to binge buy new items :D

Working on a little of everything really. I input all my collections onto subetalodge, so it's made collecting easier :) I finished off my pumpkin collection, just to get it out of the way. Now I'm mostly working on plushies, because beanbags doesn't have the auto-add to collection button, so it's way more time consuming :P

I'm worse than you at keeping up with people if that's any comfort =n= Not a skill set of mine. Some folks can be very forgiving though ^-^ You might be surprised with how easy it can be to slip back into contact :D

Aww, that sounds like fun! I haven't done an egg hunt in ages. I also haven't had chocolate yet. When you're an adult, you wait until easter is over and then buy it on sale, instead, haha.
