Well once you are bitten it isn't going faster anymore, it still takes about 12 hours for a level.

Being bitten is only useful between the point where you chose your infection and where you are really infected. And biting is only useful for the achievement [edit] I have no clue which disease is more popular :p Hope it works out for you.

I ended up coding my own profiles because it costs a fortune to commission good profiles and i'm never happy with what others make me.

Well it's html & css as well but it's a different website, so different div's to manipulate.

Having strong teeth is good for your overall health, and it's important to care for them :) My brothers don't take care of their teeth very well, so they have cavities almost every time they go :(

Neo really is a mess right now. It's sad. Everyone was so hopeful the new management would mean a fresh start, and all that's happened is it's gotten worse :(

Definitely. The site was at its best before Viacom ate it up and turned it into a happy meal toy. But now it's just broken.

The lack of functionality is just stunningly bad. The real problem (IMHO) is that they are set in their ways and have never taken any measures to make changes that are forward thinking. The site still runs half its stuff on flash, for goodness sake. Flash is beyond outdated at this point. And they put off making even basic changes to improve user experience (like raising the np limit on trades, how hard could that really be?)

I have an almost maxed-stat Neopet. I've been negging him though. Or I was until about a month ago. Very glad I avoided the training centre now :P

Yeah pre-viacom it was the best. I've been playing since 2001 and back in the early days it was the best.

Their lack of competense is just...

• The artists are pretty bad, in the NT they said they take days for drawing an item.
• their programmers, the site has been going worse and worse.
• their "customer" service

Everything is broken, nothing is up to date.
