That's not an odd question at all! It's a treatment of some kind to make hair curl and stay curled. Like permanant dye though, it grows out and you get straight or wavy roots. Which you can only get rid of every 6 months. So its a wonderful and not so wonderful treatment ;p

I have a massive amount of items in my vault for future treasure chests. I'd probably still buy the ones from the Millionaire center as well, since you can get 1-3 slots instead of just 1 for 100k. xD I'm also in no rush to get them done.
