If you file a ticket, a UA can help you out with your skin issue.

The new BGs with no cutout have to be used with the beta wardrobe so that you can move your HA base above the BG. It will not work in the old wardrobe.

This is a known bug please be patient and keep the chatter down as much as possible. Please feel free to let us know any new information, but it is hard to read about the bug around the chatter. We promise that we are aware of the problem.

I did some work on the avatar server earlier, you should start to see all of your clothes come back!
