events will show up until i refresh the page, then they disappear/ delete

i know all saved events were supposed to be deleted (yesterday i think?) so maybe this has to do with that?

Oh I just posted about that in the alert problems thread. Yeah I'm experiencing the same thing. It's kind of annoying.

Same, my events are gone before I even open the events section.

I'm not even getting them anymore. I checked a thread I chat on and I had pings but I never saw them until I hunted up the thread

I'm getting an occasional event but it only flashes for a second and never actually shows up in the events tab. The last event that I got which actually "stuck" was over 3 hours ago.

I was wondering why none of my hourly event alerts came up after I was offline for 2 hours. And a friend sent me a sticker apparently to stick to them but I don't know who it's from!

The best part is that we can't even ping any staff because the event would just automatically delete. We just have to sit here completely helpless and hope that a programmer or somebody just stumbles across this thread.

Who knows how many pings and alerts people have missed, haha. :')

Figured it wasn't just me b/c it happened on multiple browsers. I don't even see the pings - just the number on the tab and when I refresh, there's nothing there.

Same thing is happening to me. I get a ping and see the little ping number but go to events tab and nothing is there. If I refresh the page the event deletes itself. :( And also the ping history is gone.

Same happening to me. I'd have missed stuff if I hadn't thought to check my profile comments/threads that I'd recently posted in, and I'm really hoping I haven't missed too many alerts :x hopefully a staffer sees this thread asap!

I'm experiencing the same thing. I get the red ping number come up but when I go to events nothing is there, even refreshing isn't doing anything. I'm multi-tabbing just now, but when I'm on Subeta when an alert comes up I get the bubble saying what it was, but if not I have no idea what the alert is for!

I just discovered that all my pets completed their training classes but never got the alerts. And still don't know who sent the sticker. Grrr.

It's been almost 3 hours of lost events :/

Same thing happening to me, I've only had a few pings for forum groups but didn't get any for forum mentions and I've probably missed other stuff too. I hope this gets fixed soon :(

Yeah, I'm not getting any new alerts either. The popup appears and I get the red (1) in my browser tab but the event never appears on my sidebar.

If I'm doing something and click before I see/read the popup, I never know what the alert was or even what category it was for :(

I just found a comment I had gotten absolutely no event for. Lovely...

I've stopped getting my shop profits alerts. They stopped probably when the event disappeared. Not sure, but it's annoying. I collected my profits earlier and now there are more, but no alert.

Mine aren't even showing up. I can't even see what my events are before they delete. :c

Same thing is happening with me too. I'm also having a hard time opening up my Ping History page - it just re-directs me back to the forums.

This is super problematic if people have trades or offers lined up, especially during Lumi when you're often talking to a lot of people. I hope this can be resolved soon.

My alerts don't seem to be working at all. I use them for Random, Crypts, training, and Zapper v1, and I haven't gotten any of them today.
