Scarf and raffle trades are up
So here's the deal.I am in the lumi spirit, I love (really soft) yarn, I like crocheting and needed practice, and Keeping them all, while tempting, is a little silly So I'm giving them away. I made 6 and each is up for grabs. Please remember these are me practicing so some have a few imperfections but are still super nice, soft and appealing ^^
All 6 are different
The dark blue/yellow/purple is an infinity (no ended) and huge and chunky, The denim blue is a small infinity with a wide knit, The purple is the same as the denim, and the other three (green, Orange, White and grey) are 'normal' scarves. The orange and green are long (5 ft approx.) and the grey and white is a tad shorter but much thicker
The winners of the scarves will announced and it will end sunday the 21st at midnight
If the entries on a scarf gets to 50 I will automatically do the random pick for the winner, take down the trade and announce a winner for that scarf

Custom scarves
I have a bit of a surprise for you guys. I will be doing 2 custom scarves in a colour of your choice and style (based on the 6 scarves already made) of the winners choice. The specialty yarn from the blue/purple/yellow will be near impossible to do as they are hard to find after the batches have sold ( bought that yarn 3 months ago). However if you give a colour scheme I will at least try to find it for you. These will be an exception to the 1 a piece rule as they will each run 2 days a piece starting at 9 pm and ending at 9 pm 2 days later.

Is there a limit to how many scarves we can enter if we can't pick one we like the most?

you can enter for all if you like as long as you are willing to pick one if you are drawn for multiple

Your blue/purple/yellow infinity scarf is just GORGEOUS!! I'd loooove to participate for that one but I live in Mexico sighs
I really am loving it so.... how do you feel about me paying the special shipping if my name happens to be drawn ^_^ i can give you a paypal transaction for the shipping without problem! Of course, only if you agree on that, I understand it can be bothersome.

Oh thank you sug <3 Oh wow, If you would like to do that I can make that work sug! I wasn't sure that anyone would even consider doing that so I didn't mention the idea
Thank you guys

Of course! Participating just as everyone else, so good luck for all the contestants and thank you for the generous giveaway :)

aw, I'm glad. when I bought that yarn it seemed like a weird colour combo but it made a beautiful scarf. sorry if there was any multipings
We shall rise as we fall
I didn't get any extra ping as far as I noticed, so don't worry! Doesn't cost me anything to just delete my events. I see beautiful yarns when I go to the haberdashery to get stuff for my cross-stitch. I wish I knew how to knit but I am so bad at it! I tried to learn once but I honestly didn't understand a thing, got desperate and went back to my cross-stitch. And the "weird" embroidery threads always give amazing outcomes too! So I am guessing "the weirder, the better".

crocheting has been much easier for me to learn compared to knitting. It is just much less chance of knotting/ ruining everything in one stitch. with crochet it is super easy to unwind and go back to the mistake. I have never tried cross stitch but I have been tempted, is it fun?
We shall rise as we fall
Sorry, that's what I meant! Crocheting! Hahaha knitting is way too out of my league.
Cross stitch is super easy and it can get tedious but I believe it's also about hability and good sight as you have to count cross per cross in order to come out with something ver specific.
At first it might look like a mess but once you're done, if you choose the right colors, the outcome is good.
Right now I am working on something very small that my mom requested a while ago but I have the pattern for this
and I am so going to make it go right.
I guess that'd be the only bad thing about cross stitch too, you can't be too creative because, after all, you have to follow a pattern.
