Yes, as soon as I had gotten your ping. Checking now, I see eliz now under the Users You've Referred on the home page, though my User Dashboard and Referral Shop both have yet to update (if they're supposed to, that is). Should I wait to see if those update as well if they are meant to? Regardless of if I'm granted the referral point or not, thank you and Reya so much for working to fix this for us! I believe told me earlier today that she had a similar issue with someone she just brought over to the site yesterday(?). I'll let her elaborate when she's online if it's fine for her to still use this thread.

Yes, my friend also used me as a referral, and I did not get credit. I have gotten two referrals previously that worked. One user used the link and the other did not.

I also checked my referral status and has not yet been linked and been given credit for referring me here.

Oh yeah, I don't even know what I was thinking when I said that. I am pretty sure you're right! did tell me she did not see me in her referrals still though. However, I see now that she has received the point.

I had to file a new ticket but I received my point from the UA. :) Everything is good now on my end. Still not sure what the main issue/glitch may/may not have been, though, but it seems to have also affected and her newest referral, too...

I got the same issue going on. I checked my referrals and the 3 friends that i referred in September are still missing from my list.

I'm 100% sure they used the right name and link because i guided them through the registration via facebook sending them the right link and explaining everything to them.

I filed a ticket asking if the points could be rewarded to me but I was told it wasn't possible. These are my 51th, 52th & 53th referral and spend time explaining them subeta and trying to convince them to play. I really want my points -_-

Nope they are no where to be seen.
