Cannot put gifts under trees, 404 errors.

I have been trying to put gifts under a tree and I keep getting this:
404 Not Found nginx/1.4.6 (Ubuntu)
Cleared everything, closed out browser, etc. still errors.
Windows 7 and FF 33.1.1

yeah and its not on all profiles either. i just claimed 2 different people on the gifting thread and one worked while the other didn't.
I was on a gifting thread too when it started again, it happened earlier on my daughter's profile, then somehow cleared up.
