hi! the shrine was only claimable if you participated in round 4 of ale, holly, and waijay's contest; as far as i know it's not private but i'd ask to make sure!

You're welcome, and I was wrong about it being private. It was released to friends and had a couple copies given out as contest prizes but is allowed to be sold, so you might be able to catch one on the user market. Good luck! :)
