Well it kinda is, there are still some copies left. It was exclusive to everyone who hosted an event during the CW Fest we had running a while ago, or released and/or donated items for it. It has no sell/trade/etc. restrictions however, so it may come up for sale. Also I reserved the right to offer a few copies puplic if they went unclaimed, by the people why could originally slot. So in a few weeks I may open a small amount of slots for anyone to claim. :)
