How about an Erte inspired fairy in the cash shop that 'helps you decorate your tree'. I would totally drop some CSC to get fifty total items on my Luminaire Tree. If this is something all y'all are doing to limit crashes and lag, you could make it pricey, like 1000CSC

I would think adding something like this to the Cash Shop would be a pretty negatively viewed move.

Oh that is a little better, hopefully it can be monitored/ changed to allow a bit more at some point.

I can sympathize that having a tree with 5k ornaments might cause problems, but it does seem strange to have such a small number

I would definitely NOT drop CSC to gain the ability to place more ornaments on my tree, especially when we had that for free every other year. They said the ornaments were put on limit because of server strain or whatever, so it'd be kind of a slap in the face to limit all the users but be like "Hey, pay us monies and we'll loosen up a little!" No way. Either it strains the server to have lots of ornaments on a tree or it doesn't, but taking them away, saying it strains the server, and then allowing people to pay to add more after the fact is crap.

I believe it when staff says large amounts of ornaments is a big strain on the servers. They're really laggy when decorating too. I know I wouldn't drop csc on this feature suggested. Besides, I think that 25 items for a one-sided tree is just enough.

There's a limit for a reason. For me, 25 ornaments is already more than enough, but I suppose not everyone feels that way. Still, because it puts a big strain on the servers, I'd rather not see anything like this.

On top of that, 1,000 CSC is a ridiculous amount to pay for something that has been free all these years.

Dear lord no, the bouts of lag I'm getting tonight without the trees on the forums is enough for me.

Thing is csc doesn't and won't resolve the ensuing lag, so I have to agree with others. :c Plus the idea of paying csc to decorate your Lumi tree more comes across really .. not festive / not in the spirit of Luminaire.
