Two scarves in the blue building and I didn't have enough for two, so now my points are Points: -40 I've only recently gained access to the blue building, is this normal?
Did you double-click or refresh? Chances are the numbers will even out when you gain more points. You can try to file a ticket to see if a UA is able to help you, but they usually don't offer refunds for accidental purchases.
I double clicked. See I was trying to highlight the name of the item but I ended up buying it. I just didn't want to get in trouble for glitching :c
I understand! :) I would file a ticket so the UAs are aware and can instruct you so you don't get into any trouble.
Not overstepping Reya, but just wanted to say that I flipped your points back to normal. Just delete the scarf and we'll be fine.
If this does happen in the future, however - please file a ticket. A UA is best to handle this. I just happened to see this thread before the UAs reached out.
