(Those are three white feathers hanging off/behind both of his ears) Except instead of his tail fading to clouds, like the storm kumos's tail does, could you put storm clouds just...floating/curling around him? Also he is a very serious, mighty fellow (his personality is like a thunderstorm, aha.) so...if he could be snarling or giving a serious stare or something that'd be perfect.
